Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development and enhancement of essential skills that align with clients' personal goals.
  • Focus areas include academic achievement, vocational readiness, independent living, social interaction, and overall health and wellness.
  • Provide coaching in diverse environments, including office settings, client residences, educational institutions, and community venues.
  • Utilize virtual coaching methods with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field is required.
  • Preferred candidates will possess a Master's degree and be a Registered Intern with the BBS, with opportunities for supervised licensure hours.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in social services or special education is essential.
  • Experience working with young adults with special needs is highly valued.
  • A valid California Driver's License, along with a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record, is mandatory.
