About the Role

BNBuilders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our field offices, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the setup and close-out process of projects, including creating project documents, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, customer information, and company data.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of college education preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction administration, with a focus on field operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of construction project procedures, concepts, and practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
