As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving portfolio decisions and business development initiatives to support our in-license, co-marketing, and acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Evaluate New Opportunities: Utilize your network, public records, data mining, and other sources to identify and evaluate new product opportunities in the hospital pharmaceutical market.
  • Develop Business Plans and Financial Justifications: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop business plans and financial justifications for proposed new product acquisitions, in-licensing, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Provide Data-Driven Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis based on market dynamics and trends, and provide insights to the teams to inform accurate decision-making.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Execute strategic initiatives to advance our mission for licensing and strategic alliances across the US hospital pharmaceutical market.
  • Develop Launch Volume Plans: Collaborate with the sales team and supply chain to develop launch volume plans to ensure timely procurement of FDF and other materials.
  • Provide Financial Guidance: Assist in providing FY budget financial guidance for the following year and 4-5-year financial guidance from the portfolio and pipeline.
  • Manage Relationships: Manage existing relationships and serve as the point of escalation for issues that arise to ensure key alliances flourish.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Master of Business Administration or graduate degree in life sciences preferred. 8+ years of experience, ideally a combination of technical/pharma and business roles.
  • Technical Skills: Intuitive with numbers, ability to parse through large complex market data, and provide meaningful, crisp, and actionable insights for current business and potential new product opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the US generic injectable market and familiarity with trends and competition in this space.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Leadership Skills: Comfortable working autonomously and in a complex, global organization, with the ability to exercise leadership through personal performance and influence across the entire organization.
