POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Operations Supervisor is tasked with managing the daily clinical functions of the program. This position requires active participation in Child and Family Team meetings, offering clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. The Supervisor also works closely with county auditors and creates training initiatives for team members.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The San Bernardino Wrap program is dedicated to delivering community-based, family-oriented assistance for children facing emotional challenges, with the goal of preventing out-of-home placements and fostering collaboration among individuals, agencies, and the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the team
- Deliver clinical supervision and professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Establish effective relationships with stakeholders
- Guarantee that staff documentation adheres to standards
- Conduct performance assessments and provide support to team members
- Engage in community meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral strategies
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required
- At least two years of supervisory experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
- Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required
- Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to drive and lift 10-20 pounds
- Adequate vision, hearing, and smell
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk
