Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper Supervisor/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Terra Vista in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to assist in the supervision of groundskeeper staff and operations, while providing solid skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of groundskeeper staff
• Perform maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair
• Make ready units for new occupancy
• Interact with community manager and staff
• Maintain units of current residents
• Coordinate work with outside vendors
• Maintain the leasing office and all recreation facilities
• Supervise a team of community Groundskeepers/Porters

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience in apartment maintenance and staff supervision
• Strong all-around maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
