Job Description

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Management and Seller Protections Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in building transportation solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of affordable shipping services and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across External service providers, Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other internal partners to build transportation solutions.
  • Relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer experience by increasing SWW capabilities and functionality.
  • Apply a general management perspective and a data-driven problem-solving approach to the business roadmap.
  • Develop solutions that delight customers and work with internal and external partners across both domestic and cross-border eCommerce supply chains.
  • Engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders, including product, strategy, and engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Strong Business Acumen and Excellent communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Science experience.
  • Strong SQL and Python experience.
  • Problem Solving skills.
