Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As an MST Therapist, you will work with families and youth to provide intensive, in-home therapy services using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical treatment to clients and families using the MST treatment model and principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Professional licensure in a related field (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred experience in direct use of pragmatic family therapies, therapy with children and adults using cognitive-behavioral techniques, and implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth's natural ecology.
