Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist
Company OverviewSumUp is a fast-growing fintech firm that empowers local families and businesses to receive payments quickly and simply, both in-store and online.
Salary and BenefitsStarting Compensation: On-target-earnings (OTE) $107,000 with uncapped commission. The base salary is $50,000.
Ongoing opportunities for advancement and increased compensation after 4 months, based on performance.

This role requires building relationships with local businesses through research, cold calling, and canvassing.
Responsibilities:
- Full sales cycle management including territory-based prospecting and canvassing.
- Cold Calling for new business leads.
- Research (play smarter not harder).
- Use our CRM to track performance and ensure communication and success.
The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of sales experience, reliable transportation, and may have experience in retail, hospitality, B2B, and/or SAAS sales.
