Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's HealthCare. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their care and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a dialysis setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
