Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's HealthCare. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
- Assess patient condition, identify and report any changes in patient status, and ensure a safe patient environment.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and intervene as necessary.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
- Manage a care team, provide oversight, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Participate in evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality measures and patient care.
- 1 year of RN experience required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree in nursing or clinical field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
