Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Maania Consultancy Services. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud infrastructure on AWS platforms, from MVP to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of cloud infrastructure on AWS platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Develop and maintain software in Python, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct regular code, configuration, and architecture reviews to ensure technical quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate AI/ML models to improve cloud infrastructure.
  • Configure and monitor centralized log configuration and monitoring tools.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure access to cloud resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years' practical experience OR Associates degree + 6 years' practical experience OR Master's degree + 2 years' practical experience OR 8 years' practical experience.
  • Significant experience leading a team to develop an application on AWS platforms, from MVP to production deployment.
  • Significant experience working in Government-owned secure networks (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, A-LAN, C-LAN)
