Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Omni Inclusive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, node,.net core programming languages, frameworks, and hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software systems. Experience with Azure Cloud is required.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development of software systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and testers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in software development roles.
  • Expertise in React, node,.net core programming languages, frameworks, and hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software systems.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
