Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacist, you will be instrumental in managing the retail dispensary's operations, ensuring the compliant and efficient distribution of cannabis products to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team of retail and pharmacy professionals to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory standards related to cannabis sales.
  • Providing accurate dosage recommendations based on patient information to promote safe and effective cannabis use.
  • Conducting training sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge of cannabis pharmacology and compliance protocols.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, including regulatory changes and new product offerings.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and addressing guest inquiries professionally.
  • Maintaining precise and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
