With a reputation for quality products, The Mint Cannabis has expanded to seven thriving locations in Michigan, six in Arizona, and a new store in Missouri. We are looking to enhance our dedicated team to support our ongoing growth and operational needs.
Position Overview
The Mint Cannabis is in search of a knowledgeable Patient Service Representative/Administrator. This role involves educating patients about medical cannabis and its applications while delivering exceptional customer service. Occasionally, the representative may be required to assist in other departments, such as administration and packaging, to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for both patients and colleagues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Check-in and verify patient status, reporting allotments on the POS system.
- Provide patients with education and information regarding medical cannabis and its applications.
- Assist patients in selecting products efficiently and promptly.
- Process patient orders and payments using POS software.
- Manage cash till operations and ensure accurate end-of-day deposits.
- Support management with daily operational tasks, including cross-departmental assistance.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.

- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year.
- Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred).
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred).
- Experience in cash handling.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Valid driver's license or identification.
