Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Support Center Representative to join our team at Northwell Health. As a key member of our HR support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the telephone console and answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Perform various communications and emergency activities, including responding to alarms and activating emergency procedures
• Provide routine clerical duties, including maintaining records, files, and cards for adjustments to charges, admissions, and other information
• Use telecommunications and access patient systems to provide accurate and timely information
• Perform related duties as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required
