Key Responsibilities :
As a key member of our team at Omni Inclusive, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining feature-rich web applications using React and other modern web development technologies. Your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be essential in creating clean, efficient, and modular code that adheres to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, as well as implementing and maintaining server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation features using . Additionally, you will utilize and configure various APIs and data sources to integrate them into the application, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to peers. You will also actively participate in team meetings, Scrum ceremonies, and discussions related to project direction and progression. Furthermore, you will continuously improve your skills and knowledge of web development technologies, especially as they relate to React.

Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You will also need proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, as well as at least 2 years of experience working with React in a professional environment. A strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience design, is also essential. Additionally, you will need familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes in , experience with CSS-in-JS and CSS pre-processors such as styled-components or Sass, and familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Finally, you will need the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members, management, and clients, as well as strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :
While not required, experience working with MongoDB, experience working with GraphQL, Apollo, or similar technologies, background in responsive design and mobile-first development, familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices, experience using testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library, and knowledge of modern state management libraries, such as Redux or MobX, are all highly desirable skills for this role.
