Job Title: Commercial Superintendent

At CyberCoders, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of commercial projects, with a focus on healthcare, commercial, and religious buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the construction process of commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
  • Safety Protocols: Manage and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Financial Management: Manage and track project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and records, ensuring easy access to project information.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management and construction operations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership and project management abilities, and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
