Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle and ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure project accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.

  • Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timeline, budget, or client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction management, design build, commercial construction, scheduling, safety management, blueprint reading, and subcontractor management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and other industry-related software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and safety.
