Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven experience in managing design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent knowledge of building and safety codes, and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
