Role Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasting pipelines and establish business performance targets.
- Create processes for competitive intelligence and market analysis.
- Influence product initiatives in collaboration with the design team to drive success.
- Partner with operations to assess live service tools and explore new opportunities.
- Set and drive targets for business prospects while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Provide innovative solutions to ongoing challenges.
- Lead discussions on product strategy and prioritization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate feature impacts and offer actionable recommendations for future iterations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics, specifically in mobile free-to-play games.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and analytics.
- Experience in driving business performance metrics across various teams.
- Ability to translate design concepts into business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Passion for creating engaging user experiences and a keen interest in gaming.
- Familiarity with sports games or character collector games is advantageous.
- A degree in a quantitative or technical field is preferred.
