Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Design Specialist to join our team at Knoll. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement design solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Review and edit quote requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Initiate design development of projects and obtain custom buyouts prior to release of quote into active status.
- Manage all sample requests and obtain shipping and installation quotes.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and support to our clients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
