Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement design solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Review and edit quote requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Initiate design development of projects and obtain custom buyouts prior to release of quote into active status.
  • Manage all sample requests and obtain shipping and installation quotes.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
