About the Role
Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Relationship Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while developing your skills and expertise in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Advocate, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity's valued clients. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the financial services industry, apply new concepts, and develop and practice new skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role, including paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through job shadowing and our career center.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong aptitude for learning and a dedication to completing the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for connection and a desire to establish rapport with customers.
