Customer Relationship Advocate Career Development Experience

About the RoleAs a Customer Relationship Advocate, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by taking inbound calls, answering questions, and providing resources to deepen client understanding and build confidence. You will also have dedicated time to focus on growth, career development, and renewal, with personalized support and coaching to help you achieve your goals.
What to Expect- First four months: Prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity.
- Subsequent months: Begin taking customer calls with increasing complexity over time to develop and hone your skills, and engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel.
- As you gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, get more variety in your work week by spending time building advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you.
We provide all the training you need to develop the skills needed to service our customers and study for your FINRA licensing exams.
