Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz' established visit protocols.
- Utilize technology to place orders for products to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure that our leading brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, are prominently displayed and well-stocked in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure that sales negotiations are executed and report any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
- Adhere to the daily route planning provided by the operations team to deliver efficient in-store service.
- Act as a representative of Mondelēz International, working closely with in-store personnel and sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
- Drive seasonal sales initiatives, manage seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license along with proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to travel to various store locations using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting physical demands, including lifting, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must reside within a specified distance from the primary location.
- Full availability for scheduling, including weekends, is essential.
