Job Summary:

As a Senior Clinical Specialist, EndoVenous Therapies, you will provide technical support and training to medical professionals on our EndoVenous products and procedures. You will collaborate with sales representatives to drive business growth and support territory sales strategy.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for medical professionals
  • Provide expert case support and guidance as needed
  • Educate customers on product features and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and support sales strategy
  • Participate in training and educational initiatives
  • Maintain technical knowledge and provide feedback for product improvement
  • Develop sales strategies and tools to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with sales team and participate in various projects

Key Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience or higher education with fewer years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ultrasound or venous therapy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Independent mobility and computer interaction
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
  • Extended computer work periods
  • Hearing, sight, and speaking ability
  • Travel by car and plane
  • Work in environments with radiation exposure
