Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to patients and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored plans, and implement effective therapy programs.
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide regular feedback to clients and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Operate within local, state, and federal regulations, adhering to Frontera's policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BCBA certification with a Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with pediatric populations and in applied settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
