We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our pediatric ABA services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and clinical partners to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client outcomes and quality assurance
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations in an applied setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality ABA services and achieving positive client outcomes
