Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist. This role will involve delivering ABA services to patients and families, with responsibilities including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach, and marketing.

The successful candidate will be assigned a full-time caseload of 12 clients or equivalent to 120 client direct treatment hours. You'll operate within Local, State, and Federal Regulations, adhering to all MECA policies and procedures.

  • Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
  • Develop case supervision and clinical management
  • Develop and implement an ABA Treatment Plan
  • Consult with RBTs or BTs regarding client/family concerns
  • Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
  • Include the client/family in setting treatment goals and training on specific strategies
  • Record and track daily progress accurately
  • Utilize time in session efficiently
  • Provide accurate and immediate feedback
  • Plan for discharge of the person served

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Services and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Managerial experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, database management, and record keeping
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Evidence of a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills

A Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, is required. BCBA certification and two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population are also necessary.
