Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be responsible for delivering ABA services to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach and marketing, caseload development, annual performance reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Conducting behavior or functional analytic assessments, developing case supervision and clinical management, and implementing ABA treatment plans.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced BCBA who can work closely with our team to provide high-quality ABA services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification or higher.
  • At least two years of experience working with a pediatric population, including conducting functional assessments and analyses, and developing and implementing functional behavior plans.
