About the Role

Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric behavioral health services. We are committed to innovation in the ABA field and offer clinicians access to our cutting-edge Assessment Builder, the first platform that leverages AI, computer vision, and clinical reasoning to analyze unstructured data.

As a Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services to patients and families. Your primary responsibilities will include assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach and marketing, caseload development, annual performance reviews, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and at least two years of experience working with a pediatric population. You will also possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, and provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families.

Requirements

  • BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • At least two years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, and provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
  • Membership to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations
