What will you be responsible for?
As the Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Whether it's setting the tone for the team during your leadership or maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, your team will rely on your guidance.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure your team delivers outstanding service and ensures guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train & mentor the team.
Utilize AES Systems to effectively manage restaurant operations every shift, every day.
Implement operational controls, particularly in cash handling & inventory management.
Establish and achieve restaurant objectives for service, operations, and financial performance.
AES is highly focused on achieving goals.

As the Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate with the General Manager to drive performance in areas such as:

Operations
Profit and Loss Management
Guest Satisfaction
Customer Service
Service Speed
Quality Assurance
Workplace Safety

Utilizing all systems and tools, including the Systems Board, RTI Task Lists, and adhering to all government regulations, employment laws, food safety, and operational policies while implementing all accounting controls.

Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
