As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support to our Security Agents and Leads in the daily activities established by our customer's requirements. You will also perform or assist in scheduling and assigning Security Agents to ensure proper coverage and relief for our operation. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison for our Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, and TSA or other Government Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Security Agents and Leads in daily activities
• Perform or assist in scheduling and assigning Security Agents
• Serve as a liaison for Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, and TSA or other Government Authorities
• Maintain all security related records as indicated by the local Airline Customers, TSA, and other Government Authorities
• Perform regular documented audits of employee work performance
• Ensure that all Government, Customer, Airlines, and local requirements are met
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to management
• Conduct and ensure that all training and orientation are provided to employees
• Work with Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire, and retain highest quality Security Agents
• Discipline Agents as necessary
• Maintain all provisions, regulations, procedures, and processes in current collective bargaining agreement
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Airport Management Experience (Not aviation)
• Knowledge of airline and Catering Security regulations
• Must be a US Citizen
