Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Establish strong customer relationships to sell the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Meet or exceed sales revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and dispatch to ensure business success.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate in training exercises and morning meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick and accurate repairs and installations.
- Accurately and timely complete invoices, time sheets, and curbside feedback.
- At least 2 years of HVAC work experience.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean and safe driving record within 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
