Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to lift, bend, and move in a safe and approved manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service levels are achieved.
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of services on site, including managing sign-in processes, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing administrative support to employees.
  • Enhance the client experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing conference room bookings, and maintaining contact lists.
  • Responsible for maintaining the front office/reception area, tracking badges, and providing assistance with general administrative activities.
  • Participate in emergency situations and support the delivery of site amenities and programs as directed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible.
