As the Director of Environmental Services, you will be responsible for leading the Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen team to achieve continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. This role entails overseeing operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards, and driving performance metrics. You will represent the department by embodying a Just Cause culture and working towards standardization as one system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the EVS & Linen team to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee operational coordination and ensure adherence to EVS & Linen operational standards.
• Set an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards and driving performance metrics.
• Represent the department by embodying a Just Cause culture and working towards standardization as one system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Required or 7+ years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, environmental services, and/or facilities maintenance.
• 4+ years in a leadership position.
• 5 Years of Minimum Experience Required in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or Environmental Services.
