Job Title: Director, Surgical Services

Job Summary:

The Director, Surgical Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the surgical services division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, strategic planning, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Direction: Provide oversight and direction to the surgical services management teams to achieve business goals, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and safety of surgical services, including the identification of opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Provide financial planning and management for the surgical services division, including the development of operating and capital budgets.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of plans, operations, and programs within the surgical services division, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing or healthcare administration.
  • Experience: Three years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on surgical services or a related field.
  • Certifications: Registered Nurse (KY) certification.
