Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, warranties, installation, and repairs.
  • Process orders, monitor shipments, and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Document all incoming inquiries through case creation, ensuring detailed notes on root causes and potential resolutions.
  • Manage a substantial volume of open cases, providing timely and accurate updates on progress and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the organization's success by utilizing available tools and resources to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Achieve consistent results in key performance metrics, including schedule adherence and resolution times.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for enhancing the overall client experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment.
  • Skilled multitasker, capable of identifying and resolving various customer service issues efficiently.
  • Dedicated service provider committed to delivering a superior client experience with patience, empathy, and sincerity.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills, consistently meeting productivity and performance standards.
  • Adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn new skills and retain information effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a readiness to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment while using multiple systems to document and resolve customer concerns.
  • Proficient in standard office technology (Email, Excel, Word, etc.) with typing skills of 40-45 wpm.
  • Available during business hours to work full-time, including weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
