About the Role

We are seeking a Client Associate to join our team. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This will include maintaining and prioritizing task lists, providing administrative support, and learning and supporting the Client Service Cycle.

You will also be responsible for establishing positive relationships within the branch, completing all necessary training, and assisting the Client Service Manager with the preparation of RFPs and client presentations.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and prioritize task lists on a regular basis
  • Provide administrative support to the local Gallagher Benefit Services office
  • Learn and support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members
  • Establish positive relationships within the branch
  • Complete all necessary training
  • Assist the Client Service Manager with the preparation of RFPs and client presentations

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of directly applicable experience. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience. Previous experience managing client relationships is also desirable.
