Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent, high-quality professional designs from initial concept to final execution
• Pre-press duties: Proof publications, embed fonts, and export/upload final documents for production
• Strategize, analyze, and develop visual solutions for various digital pieces
• Edit and enhance photos and design elements
• Prepare files for production
• Secure approval of concepts by submitting proofs for client review
• Organize and plan work by gathering necessary information and materials
• Utilize advanced skills in the latest Adobe software
• Illustrate concepts by creating rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, and style
• Complete all assigned projects within established timelines
• Collaborate with clients to define the scope of various projects
• Stay informed on evolving trends in the graphic design industry

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of design experience (prior printing experience is advantageous)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Publisher, and Microsoft Office with at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and quick to learn
• Capacity to work collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, results-driven individual
• Strong problem-solving skills with a mathematical aptitude
• High School diploma or GED required; college coursework in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
