Senior Analyst, Digital Communications

Are you a data-driven communications specialist looking to shape the digital experience of a global leader? We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Communications to join our fast-paced digital marketing team at Vistra Corporate Services Company.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, Digital Communications, you'll play a critical role in creating robust reporting dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance. You'll work closely with our digital communication team to build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates, execute digital communication campaigns across various channels, and analyze large data sets to connect valuable insights between communication campaign performance and enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new initiatives and execute ongoing digital communication campaigns, automations, and journeys via email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to connect valuable insights between communication campaign performance and enterprise data.
  • Create robust reporting dashboards that meaningfully showcase campaign performance, insights, and potential optimizations.
  • Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates for use across consumer segments and campaigns.
  • Participate in daily/weekly agile meetings as an advocate to drive our technology efforts to completion.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for our digital communication Martech stack and work with other stakeholders to continually evaluate and improve our communication platforms.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience in a marketing, business, or technology function with a focus on consumer communication.
  • Multi-year experience and proficiency with digital communication and marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), SendGrid, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP technology).
  • SFMC Email Specialist and/or SFMC Admin Certifications are a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency in extracting and analyzing large data sets using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience and proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to follow through on assignments and produce quality work under deadline pressure, with little oversight.
  • Knowledge and experience with project coordination/management methods are a plus.
