Job Description

At Vail Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Assistants to ensure consistent quality customer service is delivered.
  • Resolve guest complaints and complications by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions.
  • Make decisions and take action based on good judgment, communication, and SOPs.
  • Ensure the front desk is kept tidy and clean at all times.
  • Assist all other departments as needed to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Friendly, strong people skills.
  • Somewhat strong computer skills.
