- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest services.
- Monitor and control the front desk budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in a front office management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
