Facility Customer Service Representative

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the growth of our business by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate information regarding products and product applications.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately.
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
- Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist with moving and loading product.
- Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
