The Facility Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at our facility. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products and applications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and build positive relationships with customers
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store staff to facilitate seamless communication
- Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and documentation
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations
- Assist with moving and loading products, as well as operating batch tinting equipment as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- At least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Experience using material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
