Job Summary

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at our facility. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products and applications
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store staff to facilitate seamless communication
  • Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and documentation
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations
  • Assist with moving and loading products, as well as operating batch tinting equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • At least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
  • Experience using material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
