Position Overview

Salary: $125,000+ compensation package

The Branch Sales Leader will work in tandem with internal departments and closely engage with marketing and product innovation teams to synchronize sales initiatives with Shamrock's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, evaluate outcomes, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Team Performance Oversight: Assess the effectiveness of individual sales representatives, offer constructive feedback, and devise strategies to elevate sales productivity. Acknowledge and reward top performers while addressing areas needing improvement.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to implement impactful sales strategies and action plans. Ensure team alignment with these strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Partner with management and other divisions to generate precise sales forecasts, taking into account market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Team Development and Engagement: Cultivate a supportive and unified team atmosphere. Encourage team members through recognition, incentives, and consistent communication.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a bridge between the sales team and upper management. Maintain open communication channels and relay critical information efficiently.
