Job Overview

NielsenIQ is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success Insights team. As a Director of Strategic Business Analysis, you will be responsible for driving actionable insights and strategic business analyses to accelerate client growth trajectories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality perspectives and deliverables to address client growth questions
  • Manage and develop a high-performing Insights team
  • Develop strategy frameworks to simplify complex ideas and organize analyses
  • Integrate analyses from across NIQ's solutions
  • Demonstrate market expertise and establish a point of view
  • Write for an executive audience and create opportunities to engage client organizations
  • Lead the creation of routine insights outputs and leverage outputs to share with client leaders and educate internal audiences
  • Support the creation of deep Thought Leadership publications
  • Create tools and frameworks to help other Customer Success Insights associates create outputs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in the Food industry from food manufacturing and/or consulting and a minimum of 2 years in people management
  • Relevant experience with research techniques & solutions in the related industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics or similar
  • Effective in senior-level communications, influencing & negotiation
  • Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
