Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Strategist at Brown & Brown, you will work closely with the Profit Center Leader and Sales Leader to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on prospecting for new accounts and building relationships with key clients. You will utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage sales activity and collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Coordinators to place new and renewal business. Additionally, you will maintain currency in a declared sector or market area through professional development activities and assist in training new Producers.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are essential for this role. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, with relevant work experience. This position requires routine travel, and excellent growth and advancement opportunities are available.
