Position Overview

We are actively seeking Insurance Professionals who will specialize in employee benefits or property and casualty consulting services for businesses. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior executives and business owners in a B2B context, employing a highly consultative sales methodology. Your focus will be on CFOs, CEOs, and other high-ranking executives. If you are not prepared to navigate a consultative sales environment with proposals ranging from $250K to $500K, this opportunity may not align with your career aspirations.

Compensation

The starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skills, plus commission. We prefer candidates who are motivated to significantly increase their earnings over time. Achieving this level of success requires a proactive approach to prospecting C-level professionals who may be unfamiliar with our firm. We also offer a wealth development component for top achievers.
