As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cutting-edge products at customer sites, providing technical support and training to customers, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel within the US to customer sites for product installations and maintenance
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and communicate feedback
Requirements:
  • College or university education in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
  • Passion for technology and learning new software and hardware products
  • Hands-on experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
