About the Role
  • Support Business Intelligence and decision-making at all levels of the Nursing enterprise through data analysis and business insights.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic planning.
  • Lead the creation of Data Visualizations using advanced modeling techniques to enhance Emory Healthcare's Nursing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Operational Analysis and discovery to provide visibility into areas of prioritized opportunities.
  • Perform day-to-day Business Operations of large, complex nursing divisions with annual expenditures of $200m.
  • Oversee the creation of Data Narratives and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with teams from EHC Digital, HR, and Finance to improve Digital Products and user adoption.
  • Participate in the development and execution of Nursing Business Plans, modeling and forecasting expenditures.
Requirements
  • Experience leading cross-functional, healthcare Business Operations Teams.
  • Expert-level understanding of Clinical Labor Models and productivity impacts to operating metrics.
  • Experience working with large structured and unstructured Data Sets.
  • Proven skills in telling compelling stories using Data Visualization Tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years of related experience.
